Davide Fantuzzi complies with applicable data protection law, respects the privacy of users, and safeguards the confidentiality and security of personal data. All data will be processed in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency, purpose limitation and storage limitation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, among others, and in compliance with the remaining obligations and guarantees set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access to, and theft of the personal data provided. Any future changes to this policy will be communicated through the website.

Personal data

What is personal data, and what data do we process?

Personal data is information that identifies or allows the identification of an individual, such as name, email address or phone number.

This Site is an informational portfolio with no contact forms, user registration, newsletter or online store. No personal data is actively collected through the Site, and no analytics or tracking cookies are used.

Users who contact us on their own initiative. If you choose to contact us by email or phone, any personal data you provide at that time (e.g. your name, email address or phone number) will be processed by Davide Fantuzzi solely to respond to your enquiry.

Automatic technical data. The server hosting the Site (Netlify) may automatically log technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access) for security and technical operation purposes.

Purpose of processing

For what purpose do we process your data?

We process the information you provide by email or phone solely to respond to your enquiry or request. Your data is not used to send unsolicited commercial communications, to build profiles, or for automated decision-making.

We will not process your personal data for any purpose other than the one described, except where legally required or under judicial order.

How long do we keep your data?

In compliance with the storage limitation principle, data collected will be processed only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and afterwards for the periods required by law, or until you request its deletion.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

Your consent, given when you initiate contact by email or phone. Declining to provide your contact details will make it impossible to respond to your enquiry. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current and truthful; please let us know of any changes so that the information remains up to date.

Who will your data be shared with?

Davide Fantuzzi does not share or disclose data to third parties without your prior consent, except where reasonably necessary to comply with judicial proceedings or a legal obligation.

Although this does not constitute a data transfer, for the Site to function properly the hosting provider (Netlify) may access certain technical information as a data processor, following our instructions, without being able to use it for any other purpose, and maintaining strict confidentiality.

No international data transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA) will take place without your prior consent.

Data subject rights

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

  • Access, rectification, erasure: you have the right to access your personal data, to request rectification of inaccurate data, or its erasure once it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Restriction of processing: in certain circumstances, you may request that processing of your data be restricted.
  • Objection: you may object to the processing of your data, in which case we will stop processing it except for compelling legitimate grounds or the defence of potential claims.
  • Data portability: you have the right to request portability of the data you have provided to us.
  • Withdrawal of consent: you may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.

How to exercise your rights. You may exercise your rights by writing to directedby@davidefantuzzi.com, stating your name, the right you wish to exercise, and enclosing a copy of your identification document. We will inform you of the actions taken within one month (two months for particularly complex requests).

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, Calle Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es).

How do we protect your information?

We use reasonably reliable and effective physical, organizational and technological measures, controls and procedures aimed at preserving the integrity and security of your data. Our contracts with technical providers include the necessary guarantees to ensure the confidentiality and security of any data they may access.

However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Should a security breach affecting your data occur, we will take appropriate steps to investigate the incident, notify the competent supervisory authority and, where applicable, any affected users.

Changes to this privacy policy

Davide Fantuzzi reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments, or to industry practice. Any change will be communicated through this same page.
